The Art of Ceremony and Handpoke Tattoo

Day One - May 2nd, 11-4pm

Day One centers on connection + inner listening. We explore The Art of Ceremony through art, astrology, somatics, voice + sound using a range of instruments. This day is about sensing + feeling, translating what arises into symbolic form, allowing a personal symbol to take shape.

Day Two - May 3rd, 11-4pm

Day Two moves into the lineage + practice of The Art of Handpoke Tattoo. We journey through the history of handpoke, the tools of the trade + the fundamentals of the practice. I’ll offer a live demonstration, followed by guided practice, with the option to work on self or on practice skin.

What’s Included

You will receive a tote with a curated take-home kit that includes tools for ceremony + practice.

For Ceremony: Herbs, a journal with prompts, your Astrology chart, book links to further your study, ethically sourced sage + palo santo.

For Handpoke practice: Energized crystal to use during tattoo, all materials needed for two handpoke practice tattoos - you will have everything you will need to expand your practice. Links to my favorite products + books to expand your practice.

Each item has been selected with care and through my experience to support continued practice beyond our time together.

Access to a WhatsApp group for support + community.

Lunch will be catered each day with a focus on local, earth-based foods. We will connect with herbs as gentle support, along with fresh teas.

Why I am devoted to sharing this offering

Ceremony has been a steady practice in my life. It has supported me through grief, transitions, motherhood,

divorce, joy, healing, and deep personal reckoning. It is not abstract to me. It is lived.

Handpoke Tattoo entered my world as a discipline of listening. Each symbol is created through patience, presence,

and intentional repetition. There is no rushing the process. Every dot requires attention. Every mark carries responsibility.

This work has taught me how to slow down. How to sit with discomfort. How to trust the intelligence of the body before

the mind tries to control the outcome. It has strengthened my integrity and deepened my relationship with time.

Ceremony, when practiced with intention, creates structure for transformation. It gives the nervous system something

steady to lean into. It reminds us that meaning is built through repetition, devotion, and care.

Handpoke Tattoo honors lineage, consent, preparation, and precision. It asks both the practitioner and the recipient to

be fully present. It is art, and it is discipline.

I am sharing this offering because I believe these practices deserve to be held responsibly. They deserve space that is clear, grounded, and well-guided. They deserve to be learned with care and embodied with integrity.

This immersion is about building a steady foundation through practice, repetition, and responsibility.
